Men’s Nautica Clipper Pants, 40 X 32

Some fraying arounds the bottom of the legs, zipper and button closure. Button is loose, zipper works fine. Five pockets, back two have buttons. Belt loops are all ok. Some wear around the waist. Size 40 x 32. Color is a grayish/taupe.
