This navy blue vest is in great condition inside lining has some signs of wear ( discoloration along the the ends where your waist will be. No rips , tears or missing closures . Measurements from pit to pit is 24” and from collar to waist is 26 1/2” pictures of discoloration along waist have been added. This vest has some weight to it.
