Mens High Fashion Shorts Black Size 28-29

I bought this from a boutique in Asia so you would never find the same pairs like this in here. It says size Medium but i would say it is size 28 or 29 is ok too. Since i wear size 30-31 these are a little too tight for my belly. Tho it doesnt come with tags but it’s brand new and never been wore (you can tell this).
