Hi there! Sent an offer.. thought it was fair considering the chest support strap will need replaced. I've found a lot of these new and on sale for 100-130ish, but I am on a budget. Lol. Anyway, have a great day!

@jellis12488 hi! It looks like you’ve cancelled your offer. I did some digging too. I did find one for 105 new and all the rest range from 187- 270$ which is what this backpack is worth. I’m willing to go a bit lower than 100 but 65 is simply too low as a new chest strap is $10
