Men's Gray and White Cargo Shorts

Tianyuer gray and white lightweight cargo shorts. Two front pockets and two back flap pockets plus two side cargo pockets. Button and zipper closure. Waist measures 18" lying flat rise is 13" and inseam is 11 1/2". These are marked XXL. I don't know what 36" waist is!
