Men's Dark Grey Superga Sneakers

My husband bought these years ago and never wore them. They have been sitting in the back of the closet, so the box is bent out of shape. The box says USA Men's 9 2/3 size, but Barney's Tag says Men's 10. My husband usually wears a size 10. Better to know your size in low Superga Sneakers.
