Men's Large Columbia 2-piece winter/ski coat. Black fleece coat can be worn on its own or under the outside gray coat to make it waterproof/ weatherproof. Also has a detachable hood. Super warm w lots of pockets! Think its made for tall ppl maybe. Paid just over $300 for this to be worn for one wkend ski trip :/

yes it covers the hips and I'd be happy to measure. measure the inside jacket I suppose since I guess it'd be the smallest
