Men’s Colorful Sweater

I picked up this sweater while at a thrift store a long time ago because I thought I’d wear it more, but I never wore it. It’s still in great condition and I don’t know the brand or size. It is a thinner sweater and it fits me decently as a Women’s M, but maybe a men’s S? Message with any questions
