Men’s Calvin Klein, white leather dress shoe with black rubber sole 8.5 M

Calvin Klein white dress shoe with buckle men’s 8 1/2 I purchased these for my husband, 15 to 20 years ago for a Halloween costume and he never actually wore them. They’ve been bumped around in storage but haven’t ever been worn. Cannot confirm whether they are leather or not.
