Button closure on collar and fixed button to keep belt in place. No holes or tears. Looks brand new except for a tiny 1/4” brown mark on the front which blends in so well, it’s hard to find. Cost is labeled 38R but is much larger. Chest size is 46” when laid flat and length is 48 1/2” from nape of neck to bottom at back
