Mens Brioni dress shirt - Made in Italy

Original size on tag 41 / 16 but shirt has been tailored for a slimmer fit athletic fit. I have a 32" waist with a 40" chest. I've been told it fits perfect but I feel it's a bit snug. Fabric is a lighter weight. Looks great dressed up with a suit or with jeans. It does not have a material tag but it feels like either 100% silk or a silk blend.
