My husband got these as a gift for Christmas last year and they ended up in some holiday boxes that I didn't discover again until just now. The tags are gone but they're still attached with the plastic connection. They're brand new. One pair is Joe's jeans, and the other pair is an unknown brand, but both likely came from Neiman's.
