This palette is practically brand new. I’ve only used it a few times. The formula is great. It’s just not a color story I use as much as I thought I would. The palette is magnetic and the shadows are removable. That’s why some shadows may look like they have scratches in them. It’s all from attempts at depotting the shadows to rearrange them, the disruptions are not from use with eyeshadow brushes. This was my first time buying from menagerie and I have to say I was really impressed and the palette is really great quality. I will put the palette back in the original box when I ship it.
