It is a baked formula with lots of shimmer so instead of being flat in the pan, it is baked so it protrudes slightly upwards up out of the pan. It is NOT really a “creamy” to the touch formula per day. But it is creamy in the sense that it is smooth and super metallic! But when you touch it it’s almost like a cold flat hard surface and you can’t even feel the product being put into the skin, it’s super smooth but it doesn’t have a cream like texture.
