Melrose and Market Floral Hi Low Dress

This dress is GORGEOUS. I would keep it but it doesn't look quite right on me. XS but has a lot of room and stretch. 100% polyester lining, 99% polyester shell with 1% other fabric. I'm telling you there is tinsel woven into the blue white purple floral pattern. Slightly shorter ruffles in the front and longer back. NWT. Brand is sold at Nordstrom Rack.
