Elegant halter-like handkerchief dress from Melrose. Top is a size zip closure, as well as buttons behind the neck. Gathered black bustline (38") with a keyhole cut-out at center, 95% polyester & 5% spandex (a bit of stretch). Waistline (30") appears to be a cummerbund across, also gathered for a slimming effect. Handkerchief black and white abstract skirt flares out from the waist line, very satiny and flowing. 100% polyester. Machine wash; tumble dry. All sales go to my sons' education funds, thank you!
