Melrose Black Cocktail/Evening Dress

Black evening dress with lace cap sleeves and ruffles below the waist is very flattering and is fitted but moves with you. Fully lined. Zips at back. This dress is very comfortable to wear and has some stretch. EUC with no visible defects-was worn once Measurements are 22 inches across bust and 38 inches from top of shoulder to bottom hem. Comes just above the knee. Materials are 90% polyester & 10% spandex. Lining is 100% polyester
