Melody in Motion Side Street Circus Clown Accordion Rare VTG (See description)

This vintage Waco Side Street Circus bisque porcelain clown is balancing balls on his head and playing an accordion. This particular figure is part of the Melody in Motion collection and is quite hard to find! Unfortunately, this figure does not work. It's supposed to play "Carousel Waltz" in accordion while his head swivels. This does not have the original box but is in pretty good condition cosmetically. The only physical issue is a shallow hairline crack on the back of the clown's head (please see the picture of the back of the figure). You can't feel the crack at all, so it is surface level only. That is the only cosmetic issue. Inside the battery compartment has some corrosion, which may contribute to the music and motion not working. A professional may be able to get this working again, but I am not sure. Even if not, it is still a wonderful figure for any clown collector.
