Melissa Odabash Brianna Dress - Small

Melissa Odabash wrap dress in gorgeous tropical blue with white floral print. Voile with ruffled sleeve and hem. 100% Viscose. Bottom has several small holes. I purchased with the holes and with the intention of hemming but never got around to it! Would be an easy fix for someone with sewing skills.
