kazaabig @tamarasksksksk it came with the vip package. you can purchase the pencils on her website for about $12 but the notebook is vip exclusive. the price for these was included in the price of the vip ticket.

kazaabig @tamarasksksksk well at the concert i went too (boston 10-20-19) they gave me the lanyard, hat and bag but there was a back order on the pencils notebook and poster. i had to email the vip support (save all emails about the tickets and concert until you get everything you need!!!!!!) and they will send it out as soon as they can!! but it could all be available at your tour!
