@juliejulezzz for the size I’m not 100% sure but I originally thought this was a medium when I bought it and it came as a small. I am now 140 and I think it still does nicely I’m not sure about another 20lbs down though. May need a xs. I don’t think it would be baggy because you can tie the top to make it tighter around the bust area but again I’m not sure.
