Meghan Los Angeles Unique Dress Coat‎

Unique hard to find dress/coat from Meghan Los Angeles. Floral pattern with plaid pattern on the inside. The waist is fitted and measures about 15" across. The coat is 32" long. There are belt loops but no belt. A fun bow on the back and shiny snap crystal/like snap buttons Versatile collar. The dress needs a little fixing up. Both sleeves are missing one button, the bow on the back needs to be reattached, and the shiny glass like buttons need to be reinforced. All easy fixes for such a fun and unique piece! Marked size 4 will fit size 0-4
