This 70's inspired LilyPad floral maxi dress from Meghan Los Angeles in Blue floral chiffon with pops of yellow, pink, green, white, and black features a sexy cross front surplice v-neckline, long bishop sleeves with open, split detailing down each arm, 2 pearl buttons at the cuff, an elastic waist, self-tie sash belt, and full circle skirt. The elasticized waist adjusts to fit a range of sizes and has an attached self-tying belt at the right-hand side seam. The cuffed bell split sleeves add a hint of retro glamour.
