glistendove I too battle a chronic disease and right now it's gotten the best of me. Lupus is no joke! It's attacked my brain and CNS now. I have vasculitis/cerebritis of the brain and can have a stroke any mibute. It's a horrible way to live. I hope your doing better then I am. You have a little guy to care for. At least mines 14 yrs old but he's still scared to death he's going to lose me 😔💔👎

Strokes scare the shiznit out of me😵I've been working on healing myself for what seems like forever. It's not been easy with a tiny terrorist- they are exhausting little creatures are they not? Of course teens are a whole other story- I worked with teens for many years. Anyway, I'm sending you so much grace and ease- and lots of good juju💜💜

landerites @ksadog22 , Hi Kissa. I am east coast too and I also stayed up extremely late. Hahaha, I say and do the same thing, say it's my rebellion of being a mom. :) Our daughter will be 2.5 years in Christmas. I stay at home with her and we have a blast. She's high energy, but super low maintenance with behavior and personality. She never flips out on me. When she does get cranky it means she's tired. We will ask her if she's tired and if she thinks it's in her best interest to go to bed. She will look at us, put her hands on her hips and say, I don't wanna but I guess. Hahaha. She's a trip. We've always treated her as an equal partner of the family. Never have done the baby babble thing with her and we always try to let her help make decisions regarding herself. We are working on potty training which is going fairly well. We use cloth diapers and she will go into her room and bring me one when she's done her business. It's awesome. I wouldn't trade this life for anything else. I too traveled a lot so far in this life and we take her everywhere as well. She's a night owl so we are able to take her downtown and go see live music. She wears her little headphones so her ears don't hurt from the music. We both are non drinkers so these little bodegas don't care if we are in a small establishment with her. I would love to chat more. I'm interested and excited to read about your life and some of your adventures. :)

I know what you mean about cold salt water (to an extent!) - ours is fairly cold right now & we were on a cruise over Christmas and got to swim in the warm ocean and it was heavenly! I want warm water now! If you went international, any idea where you'd move? The possibilities must be exhilarating!

International- I keep having a Costa Rica dream- simple life- year round gardens, cool expats- but we are pretty open- as long as it's not the Middle East or like Russia. My husbands company is global. Sadly no offices in Hawaii which would be my first choice. I don't know if you've been on air Bnb but I found the best cheapest rentals in Barcelona last night! Like $35 a night for the most beautiful hip space! I'm such a gypsy!

I struggle with it, especially since I want to spend money like I have a benefactor 😁 I love kitties! chrissie_marie I always wanted one but my parents were allergic so I couldn't. But in college when hubby (then bf) left for boot camp he got me a beautiful calico! And now we have a little black cat too. I love them! I love dogs too but we don't have a big enough yard for them (and we lived in a downtown loft until 6mos ago) so we are waiting till we have more space (and kiddos) till we get a dog.

In a huge fan of poncho/batwing style as these days I don't love anything belly hugging! My go to is jeans and a pinch shirt. Yup, bringing sexy back like that😜! The purple dress we both have- I love because it's belly forgiving- it is short- so I could see where it would be an issue if your not looking to showcase your legs 😹 I'm sure you know this, but if your thyroid is still wonky Maca powder and a quality iodine supplement will change your life! I'm a nutritionist and work with people all the time with thyroid⭐️

I sincerely appreciate it!!! I DID manage to survive the toddler years with my two boys, but thank goodness I had ample energy back then😂 Shew, my boys were a bundle of energy. Now I'm trying to survive the teenage years, as my boys are 15 & 16😬 They are good boys, but I worry constantly. I even awake through the night worried😂 And they EAT! I mean, they eat constantly! I can hardly afford the groceries that two 6' young men consume🙈 I've never seen anything like it! I wear the same style as you and that's why I list the items I do on here! I figure that if it's flattering on my body right now, then other gals will love it on their bodies too😂

ksadog22 @hydrogirl yes mam! Maca and iodine feed the endocrine system- absolute musts! Many find they can get off meds no problems. The thyroid also goes wacky because it tends to attract any radiation the body has picked up. Also not going overboard with cruciferous veggies is good to know too!🙀 my son is only almost 3 and all ready eating us out of the house! OMG! 🙊 I'll have to save for a bundle! If you ever see anything in my closet that you'd do a partial trade for let me know! Have a fabulous day!

My husband and I did not get to go on a honeymoon yet, because I was fired 4 months before our wedding. I got very sick, with multiple autoimmune diseases, right after graduating college. I was hired at the company I did my internship for and worked as hard as I could for 7 years, until I was fired in July 2013.

clothesnjewlry My supervisor and bosses made my life hell, for the last 4, of those 7 years.. It was truly a nightmare. My husband and I got secretly married 3 days after I was fired, so I could be on his insurance for my medical expenses, and had our wedding on 11/30/13. I applied for disability a month before our wedding, because I was just too sick to work.

clothesnjewlry Milford is nice. I grew up going to that mall and have a friend who lives there. Haha, I live right on route 6... I hate it. We had to get the cheapest apartment we could find, that wasn't in the ghetto. Plus I can't even sit on the balcony bc we have a drunk neighbor who literally drinks outside ALL day and night and talks so effing loud on his phone. It's a nightmare.

clothesnjewlry Ok sounds good 😊 I hate the winter too. My fibromyalgia gets so bad, I can't open my hands to shovel off my car (if my husband isn't home and I have a doctor appointment). The water is nice. I just hate being in an apartment complex. So many days, I just stay inside, and it's so depressing. Miss just laying in the grass with my cat. It was nice talking to you! clothesnjewlry Mine has been a lot better because I have a prescription for clonidine patches. You should try them, if you haven't. Many doctors don't know it helps Fibro, but it helps so much!! In the morning, I was unable to move my hands or kneel to feed my cats, and now I can. If only I could find something to stop the pain in my bladder! I hope you are able to try it ❤️

clothesnjewlry That sounds amazing. I really hope it works for you. I'm in so much pain right now, I feel like I'm going to puke, and I'm on a lot of medication.. Even with my pain medicine, my pain is bad. If I don't have it, I literally cannot move without crying. My bladder feels like it's being squeezed while acid is being poured on it. The feeling is indescribable. CVS in Bristol refused to fill my pain meds, a few months ago.

clothesnjewlry I was humiliated in front of customers, and I went to Walgreens hysterically crying.. Thank god they took mercy on me. My appointment was on a Monday, and we had a crazy snowstorm and they had to reschedule my appointment for Wednesday.. So, I had to go over two days with no medicine, and I was already in tears at CVS, bc I was hurting so bad.

She just said yeah, your diagnosis is written here. I said you have no idea what I have to live with, but it would be nice if you googled it before shunning me from your pharmacy, and I flipped her off.. I was so upset I didn't know how to handle it. Ha

I’m sure there’s jewelry places off the beaten path but all those shops in downtown Santa Fe are bank! Did you love all the adobes though? Albuquerque is yuck imo. I am a northern NM girl though!

Lol Lost 2 fur kids to cancer & that took a toll of my heart & finances. 😟So spending has been minimized. But I do have plenty to purge!🤣 Should I get busy, definitely let ya know. I even slacked on M. Oh & a new rescue.. A Catahoula CRAZY hound dog. He has been a challenge to say the least! But super lovable!!!

I just brought my 15 year old one to GA- to get 5 teeth pulled! I dread her time coming to an end- as she is everything to me- and only 3.5 lbs! I always joke- you know what I like about people- their dogs! This world is beyond a shitshow- science reality! I can’t even!

It’s so much fun! I just figured I’d throw a few of the items I make on here to see how it went.
