thebohobyrd Hi love! I am the one who sold you the LOC hat! I have tried to track it to make aure it got to you but since your ahipping address is in Puerto Rico the tracking doesn’t give me any details? Wanted to check in and see if it has shown up yet or if it normally takes this long for you to recieve your posh orders? xx, Augusta

acarolinaa03 @augustastinson hey, so the tracking on my side hasn't been updated since march 28th. I did a claim through the usps site and they contacted me today to say they are still investigating. Last time I ordered something from posh it took like a week to get here. Not sure whats going on I guess bc of COVID19 its taking longer but I did the claim anyways.

thebohobyrd @acarolinaa03 That is so strange, I have never shipped something to Puerto Rico before so I assumed that it was going to take longer but not this long.. so weird and I handed the package directly to my USPS guy so I know they have it...

acarolinaa03 @augustastinson shipping to Puerto Rico is the same as any other state since we use usps as well. This hasn't happened to me before thats why I did the claim. I can let you know when they give me an answer.
