Hi! I saw your rating and I'm so sorry the shoe was defective. I would have never shipped it out . I do feel terrible.

@christyvallejo4 no worries, I’m sure it happens sometimes. :) it might have been hard to see because the shoes were wrapped in tissue paper. Maybe a good thing to check on the others.
