Hi. It’s Mary. When you get a like it’s nice to go to it and drop down to where you see private discount offer and tap on that. Then offer a shipping discount and at least a 10% discount off your listed price. This is an incentive for the person to buy. It is also what they’re looking for by liking the item. @marystohr Thank you so much Mary! I am glad I asked! Hate to bother you, but had two more questions. 1) how is shipping reduced? If the seller usually pays, when a discount is offered, who pays the balance? 2) I tried to discount the item, but it only lets me “offer to all likers”... not a private discount to one?

Hi. It’s Mary. When you discount the shipping you pay the discounted amount. The buyer pays the remaining amount. When you offer a private discount to likers it goes to everyone who has liked that item. That’s just the way it works. But people who like your items are looking for the discounts. When you list items figure this into the listing price when you can. More questions, ask anytime.

@marystohr thank you Mary. I’ll give it a try. I should have priced higher, but I didn’t know. If I increase the price now, are shoppers notified or does it say that on the listed item?

@zfinds if you increase the price it jest says you edited the listing, not what you did.

@zfinds it will show the price change on the listing. If you have a current private offer in place you can’t edit the listing until the offer expires - 24 hrs from offer time.
