The sandals you purchased are authentic and have European sizing as that is where they were originally purchased. We ask for for your help as we have never gotten a bad rating and the rating you have given is very detrimental to our family business.

athleticsgirl @chic_storm I am very familiar with European sizing. A 7.5 would correlate to a 37.5 not 40. The soles of these shoes are unlike any of my other authentic Tory Burch sandals.

athleticsgirl @chic_storm I'd appreciate a response as to how size 40 correlates to US size 7.5. VERY disappointed in this purchase. Not only is he sizing wrong, Tory Burch sandals do not have plastic around the thong portion. Please provide proof of authenticity and sizing.
