@wmfaith hi. Just wanted you to know that your package was at the post office drop for packages saturday night. Not sure why it hasnt been scanned. I was there earlier today and package drop was clogged and line was a mile long. So know they are scrambling. Should scan today!?!?

Hi. Still says waiting for shipping scan. I am going to the post office as soon as it opens this morning. Have the tracking number but not sure what they can do if hasnt been scanned? Cant imagine why it hasnt. I took two boxes in yesterday afternoon and they are tracking. Will let you know once i am back. I am sorry but kind of out of my hands. .

So just back from our local post office where i dropped it on saturday afternoon/evening. They say it was definitely picked up from there. Where it went from there is where it hasnt been scanned. They gave me number for a supervisor. I called and he was very, very nice. He said the same as our post office. He said he thinks we should see scans starting. And if we dont then to call back and they will do a full on “hunt” for it. I feel awful

@wmfaith i feel awful! I pride myself in packing and shipping same day or next. This is the first time i have had an issue. I will keep checking and follow up with post office. I am so sorry

@wmfaith hi. Just stood outside waiting on my mail lady and asked her. She think where our mail goes from our post office, Allegheny county, pittsburgh are behind due to covid and thinks it should scan and start tracking. Keeping my fingers crossed. Will keep u updated. Again, never had an issue til now

@wmfaith when i track on usps it says label created. Then it says received by the usps. So it says they got it. Im calling supervisor back tomorrow morn. They have to find it. My daughter thinks its on its way and just hasnt updated in poshmark!?!? I dont think so. But will let you know.

@wmfaith good morning! NOT. I just spent 30 min on phone with the supervisor at our post office hub where it would have gone from our post office we mailed it from. He still says it could be going thru the system and hopefully someone will notice and scan it or it could be lost. I appreciate your patience. He says no claim can be made til at least this saturday. Completely up to you if you want to wait

@wmfaith or go ahead and put issue in on poshmark. Again today or tomorrow it could show up in your mail. So just let me know what you want to do. I told the supervisor i will be putting a claim in if it doesn’t show. Because i would have no sabika and no $. Hahah. Thanks again and just let me know how you want to proceed. The supervisor did say for it to be delivered to you it would have to be scanned because it’s priority mail. Cant be left at residence without being scanned by postal carrier.

@wmfaith hahaha! So my daughter just called me. She signed up for scan alerts on the pckg after i sobbed to her. She just got an update it just arrived at our hub downtown and us on it’s way! HURRAY! Omg. I was a hot mess. So on poshmark hasnt updated but on usps it has!

@wmfaith omg poshmark just sent me a reminder to ship your bundle! I went to poshmark support and said they better update their system. It was shipped on sat a d was never scanned til today and is traveling to FL. May want to check your system!?!?.

@wmfaith now that they have updated all u will have to do is accept and rate! Hurray! I know, i have like three new pairs of shoes and some new spring clothes and am in sweats everyday! Run out to get mail in my slippers! Feel like i havent had makeup or true “clothes” on forever! Cant be the new normal. Thanks so much for your understanding and patience! Much appreciated.
