jnc0124 @purple0917 Hi. I understand and it's very disappointing. Giving me a one star lowers my sellers rating and makes me look like a bad seller. It could also get me kicked out of the ambassador program and greatly effect my sales. The rating system is for how I did as a seller and nothing to do with the post office or mailman.

jnc0124 @purple0917 Unfortunately you would have had to make a offer reflecting the 25% off. I can't adjust the total after it's been purchased. You did receive 10% off but in order to receive the additional 15% off I would need to cancel the sale and have you repurchase but I believe it takes posh a few days to issue a credit back to your card.
