onestopwardrobe I’m happy that I found your closet. I had to laugh at some of the questions!! Of course they are authentic. I actually bought my first pair of Ugg boots last week. I bought a size 12 and was super nervous how they would feel. They’re awesome. I have had reconstructive surgery in my ankle. I have 11 pins in it. So finding any kind of shoe is terrible!

I asked you for help before you even shipped them and I know you saw my message. And YET you ignored it and shipped them anyway! This has been the worst customer service experience of my life!

You also understand that buyers pay for shipping, so am confused as to your issue. Please contact Poshmark for assistance with a return. Should they grant you a return, we are happy to issue a refund.
