Hi Vicky! I’m sorry you felt that the dress is not an actual size 2. I am a size 2, I tried it on, and it fit me perfectly. The tag even says size 2. I shipped this promptly, packaged nicely, and provided great customer service. On Poshmark, that is what we rate by. Not by size. Would you mind revising your rating?

I wish I could say that I made a mistake. This is a size 2. I am very sorry that you felt I did not represent this properly. Maybe Milly NY runs a bit small? Like I said, this fits me perfectly, but I just don’t have an occasion to wear it to. You got a great deal. Could you think about revising your rating?

Hi Vicky! I did a little research, and it seems that Milly NY fits true to size. I would suggest trying it on, maybe you forgot to undo a button? I’m very sorry about this, as I try to provide excellent customer service. 😞

Hi! I’m so sorry you feel the shirt colors were not accurately represented. Would you like me to personally pay to return the shirt? Want to insure you’re completely satisfied. I took photos of the shirt before shipping it and compared them to the photos in the listing. To me, they seem a fair representation. But if you feel they don’t suit you, I’m happy to do whatever you believe is best to make things right.
