aebowenwm Hi Valerie, I have mailed the black Ugg boots but realized I did not clean off a dirty place on the bottom of the shoe. I thought it was on the blue pair I have but I think it is the black. It is just clay dirt. So sorry about that, hopefully not as big of an issue since it is on the bottom.
