luisanyc826 Hi I dropped off your package yesterday but I still did not get a shipment notification . I called usps to request an update and of course the wait time was one hour . I requested USPS to call me back . I feel so bad that the package is delayed and I just want to keep you abreast with the updates . Again I’m really sorry that it didn’t get shipped yet, despite the fact I dropped it off yesterday .

I contacted usps several times and the tracking number is not in the system . I immediately filed a claim. The tracking number is 9405510899359744896269 . The claim number is CA142880689. I am so sorry and I want you to get the package . If you can please write back ? I feel terrible .
