lauraslvshop Hi Tracy! I’m so glad you received the Bag! I saw your comment about item cleanliness and the stickiness of the Leather. The leather & the entire bag were cleaned and conditioned several times prior to shipping. The tackiness that you feel is probably from the final waterproofing conditioner that I put on it the morning I shipped out. You can wipe down the leather with a baby wipe (non-alcohol) and that will help it 👍
