Hey! I’m so sorry the jacket doesn’t fit your daughter! I have probably 20 The North Face jackets between our 5 kids and I’ve never had a variance in size?! I’d be more than happy to purchase it back for the price you paid for it from me. Just let me know when you list it and I’ll grab it! Sorry about that!

@mamaof5inwa I was surprised too! We have had these coats each year for my toddler and they always run true to size or big. We have another NF fleece in 4T and the sleeves and body of this one were at least 1.5” shorter so it won’t work for our tall girl ☹️ I listed the item at $50 so I can get back $40 (paid $41 and change). Thank you!

@tsbflea Hello, I just wanted to touch base with you about my purchase. I have not received my package with the Perfectly Posh face mask. I see you shipped it, and I know mail is slower now-a-days but I didn’t think it was this slow. I wanted to let you know that it’s in limbo somewhere.

@tsbflea no I haven’t yet. I was just assuming shipping was really slow. But now I’m beginning to wonder. I’ll try to call tomorrow. This is crazy. I’ve never had this happen before.
