dkathletics Hi Toni! Reaching out to see if anything was resolved regarding a buyer named Sheena. Looks like she’s been leaving negative comments to many sellers. We have consistently earned 5⭐️ratings on every single transaction until now. She bought a blouse that was too small for her. It had 8 photos, measurements and a clear description. Puzzled. We try to always exceed expectations. Not sure why she did this.

bosgal1986 @dkathletics No resolution, unfortunately. The coat she purchased was still in the Nordstrom garment bag, never worn, and sold to her for 1/3 the original price. I always inspect everything I sell before shipping and go the extra mile with packaging and she said gave me 1 ⭐️ for cleanliness. Ridiculous. I have blocked her from any more purchases. My rating was perfect until her. ☹️

dkathletics @bosgal1986 Ugh. So sorry to hear this. It appears that’s her regular behavior. It appears she lowball offers, purchases, then writes negative comments. Looks like we are not alone. Perhaps Poshmark will take a look at her history. It stunned us to see less than a 5⭐️ review. It’s sure disappointing. I’m sorry that happened to you and others.
