delmypinto07 @tondalr1 in all honesty I got them like that because I have only worn them twice. When I wore them though my skin pressed against it so it wasn't noticeable. I had ordered them off the forever 21 website and was disappointing noted as well but then I tried them on and saw that it tightened up and became seamless. I completely understand though and would gladly accept the return.
