k74style @tiaramarcellagr all payments are handled through Poshmark. So when someone purchases something they are charged immediately, but the funds are held until the buyer receives and accepts the order. At which point, the $ becomes available to you. Once it's available to you it will remain on you account for future purchases(it never expires), or you have the option of transferring into a bank account or requesting a check.

k74style @tiaramarcellagr if the buyer does not accept the order after 3 full days of it being delivered, but does not report an issue with it then Poshmark will automatically release your $. You have up to 7 days to ship the items, but obviously the faster you do it the happier the buyer will be and the sooner you receive your money. I always try to ship the same day.😊

k74style @tiaramarcellagr buyer pays for shipping unless package weighs too much then you need to upgrade the shipping label. Poshmark sends you an email as soon as the order is placed with the pre-paid shipping label for you to print out. Boxes: the USPS supplies free Priority Mail boxes, you can't use Priority Mail Express boxes so just make sure it doesn't say that. I use Priority Mail Flat Rate. If your PO doesn't have the size you need they can be ordered online FREE of charge at USPS.com
