klana22 @tdixon051968 Hey! Apparently thr was a prob w/ the shipping label created for ur pkg. I shipped pkg on the 17th (I think that's the day u purchased) but rcv'd reminders that I need to ship the item. So, I chk'd the tracking # on receipt last night which shows the pkg delivered - IN MAY! Contacted Posh Cust. Svc & person the "May delivery" pkg went to (maybe she r'cvd an add'l pkg recently?) & I'll contact my local USPS 2 C what's going on! I'm so sorry - plz know I'm trying to figure this out!

klana22 UPDATE! It was delivered on the 19th, to the previous Posher! I will let Cust Svc know and see if they can contact that person since I didn't hear back from her when I messaged. Holy crazy!!

spendingthrift Hi I just read your review. I in no way purposely misrepresented product. When I procured leggings was told they were Noga. Leggings and they are not my size so I did not try on. If you would like a refund. Please open a case so we can get this resolved. Thank you

tdixon051968 @spendingthrift sorry for the comments but not the fit I was expecting based on photos. I already accepted them as they are nice pants but just fit more loosely than expected. I only recommend that you don't use stock photos if they are not same fit/style as it misleads buyers. Again sorry but I have already had this happen with jeans I purchased from someone else and when they arrived not the same color or fit/style and had to go thru pain of opening a case and waiting for refund approval. 😥
