2tropical @theresawendland hi so I called post office customer service was on hold for 3 hrs. .... when I got a representative they took tracking info and said they would have a local mgr call me which would be from your post office. They said due to “pandemic and Christmas” the post office is overwhelmed but it is in transit. I will keep following. I also went to my local post office but overworked clerk wasn’t friendly nor helpful. Said it was in delivery system and would be delivered.
