tamyers67 @stefrad Hi, I'm so very sorry , I shipped it next day and was contacted by Poshmark about 10 days ago and assumed they contacted you because they said they were refunding your money. I have never had this happen before. I shipped other items at the same time as your order and all were received. I don't know what happened, but I'm so sorry, Theresa

stefrad @tamyers67 I haven't heard anything from poshmark about this order and haven't received a refund. This is my first time I have used poshmark. Did the clothes I purchased just get lost. I don't quite understand what exactly happened? I was charged and sent a tracking #.

tamyers67 @stefrad I'm so sorry all I know is I packed and shipped it the day after I got your order along with some other orders ( that were received) then I got a notice from Poshmark that I needed to ship your order. I looked around my house just to double check , I contacted Poshmark I had shipped it. Last week they messaged me and said if I didn't ship it they would cancel the transaction and refund your money may take a couple of days, sooo sorry

seams2me Good Morning ....I am bit bewildered with PoshMark ...Can I not have items shipped to different address.?. The PM FAQ.gives advice but when I follow it my new address is not accepted....but if new address is given directly to a seller why won't that work ??Anybody out there with any answers/advice??? Thanks-- very frustrated.
