theowin @gizzysmom67 nothing happened to the box, it was completely fine. I opened it up to find the rip at the dress. I love the bracelet but the dress is ripped and I’d like to return it

theowin @gizzysmom67 sorry I didn’t see this. It was ripped at the shoulder. I examined both pieces as soon as I opened the box saw the rip hence why I sent the order back.
