blmbunch2008 @nisey7 they told me that since I didn't return the vest within 4 days, they were releasing the funds. I told them that I was not paying for something that I didn't receive and they should come up with a way to address these type issues. I told them I was going to cancel the payment and report them. I have no problem paying for the jacket. Maybe we can come up with a way to do that.
