triciabutler87 I would love to return if Poshmark would allow. Each strap has separated but could be glued back together... the problem is the 2 pieces are no longer even and if glue together would be uneven. Not sure that was much clearer

terrande @triciabutler87 I just heard back. They said at this stage in the sale process that you would need to reach out to them directly. Obviously I’ll work with them assuming they’d then reach out to me for resolution. I asked if they had additional recommendations in similar situations and will let you know if there is something more I learn.

triciabutler87 @terrande so I have submitted this return request about 3-4 times and Poshmark keeps saying they didn't get the request but has processed a $50 credit to me. Weird... why would they credit me $50 if they never received my request. Anyway, thanks for your efforts.
