cynthia66 @jasmin_terri you reported the wallet you bought as not authentic. I promise it is. I hope posh had you send it to them for verification. That is awful I even held it for you & reduced the price because you said it was for your mom's birthday. Why would you tell such a fib to posh when someone was helping you out & holding it for you? I am not worried about authentic I know it is posh will verify that. But your just shouldn't tell lies on sellers. You are new to posh that's not a good start.

jasmin_terri It's not nice of you to call me and my mom Liars. We don't do that, I really did buy this for her birthday and my mom knows her designer brands. She's super cautious about these things now because she's been robbed of over $300 on another app because the sellers swore the items were Authentic.

jasmin_terri Mrs Cynhia66. Terri bought me your wallet to surprise me for my Birthday which was yesterday. As soon as I saw it I didn't like the stitching, the zippers stick too much, and there is no Tory Burch Logo on the inside, no serial number. The lining is not authentic either, looked at an authentic wallet and the inside had the Tory Burch Logo.

cynthia66 @jasmin_terri the wallet I sent you came from Nordstrom the inside of the continental only has the zipper pull of tory Burch & there is no serial #s on tb items you can ask the company. That item is 100% authentic. You all filed a non authentic item complaint the day you got it which was several days ago but yet you daughter gave it to you 2 days ago as the above comment mentions. Why did she give it to you as a gift after you claimed it wasn't authentic. Which I 100% guarantee it is

So posh knows if different pics are being taken of another wallet. It's a shame us long time sellers of authentic items have to protect our items by videotape

You must be talking about another wallet & I am still amazed you reported but then 3 days later received it as a gift from your daughter. Guess you plan on keeping my authentic tb wallet back & replacing it with something you got scammed on supposively on another site. Posh will see thru you & knows my reputation

Let me get one thing clear, we requested the return the very same day we received it, and to be more specific about 20 minutes after we received it. This wallet is a knockoff from the Robinson collection.. We went and looked at Authentic wallets and they do indeed have the interior monogram lining and the designer label/stamped inside. Now please shut your trap and just let Poshmark handle the transaction.

It's 109% authentic & it's not a Robinson it's a saffiano so there maybe your mission conception of what is authentic & what is not. If you knew your styles so well you would know if was a Saffiano Tory Burch. Hmmmmm

So there is 2 false statenents. I held it for her to get her check, but yet she said you bought it for her as a birthday gift. It just doesn't add up & you surely can see why.

jasmin_terri On the other app we sell on, we have a great success rate, no complaints and nothing sold fake. We are good buyers/sellers especially when it comes to designer products. We are not Scammers and in fact another seller kindly pointed us to Poshmark. We came here to buy/sell honestly and as buyers have the right to request a return and we have the right to question authenticity when necessary. Who cares about your video tape, that has nothing to do with the issue

Honestly many people have unknowingly bought and sold knock offs from department stores that's why my mom and I thoroughly educated ourselves on this subject. It sucks to spend hundreds of dollars on something that isn't real. And yes knockoffs turn up in department stores.

My mom was so unhappy about your wallet that I bought her the matching Gucci wallet. So no we aren't pulling any switch ups.. It was either going to be me or her that paid for it just to have it here by her birthday. My mom sent you a comment after we requested the return. No complaints, repeat buyers& never even had an un authentic item in my closet. Posh will verify all that for you. Guaranteed. It's not the principle of return it's the fact of accusations of selling a replica. That's not very professional & I have over 10,000 followers. jasmin_terri BTW... Designer Emblems don't chip away like the one on your wallet.. They tarnish, they get scratched from normal usage. The emblem on your wallet is chipped.

jasmin_terri Cynthia66 you sold a second wallet that still had the plastic on the emblem and was in way better condition than the one we received. That is what a new never used item looks like. What I don't understand is why the emblem is chipped so badly if it was never used. Also we paid $5 less than the other person

cynthia66 @jasmin_terri sorry to bother you but I got an email 5 days ago from Posh stated they gave you so many hours & prepaid label to send my wallet I sold you to them for authentication. When that happens it shows it in the tracking. It still says case in review. I was just wanting to know if you had any info? If you haven't mailed it I want to email them & ask them what the hold up is on both of our ends. Thank you.

jasmin_terri Cynthia66 no the funds were not released to you, Poshmark Canceled the order. I received an e-mail stating the item was Cancelled and that we would be get our money back. It was never about Authenticity.. It was that you said in your listing that it was in "Pristine Condition" that means no damage at all. Poshmark and then you made it about Authenticity.

cynthia66 @jasmin_terri I don't know what you have been told but the complaint was listed as not authentic which it was & you claimed it wasn't in above comments & the listing noted the slight tarnish on the logo. But either way I am glad its over & I got my funds and wallet back. I hope you or you all do great on here Best wishes! & yes my funds were released 56.00 after Poshs 20% and deposited. cynthia66 @jasmin_terri the order was canceled I emailed Posh they verified the item was authentic but out of courtesy said they refunded both sides for the length of time case was in review. I guess they keep the wallet. But I am glad you got refunded & myself as well. Hopefully in the future if we do business again we can handle it better. I wish you the best in selling.
