Then go to comment click on it then put the @ sing infront of her posh screen name @name and then write your message saying you made a mistake and can you you redo the transaction again. Tell her NOT to use the offer tab but to go directly to your posting and hit the blue buy tab. But have her message you first before she does that. Because you need to drop the price first then she will get discounted shipping on top of you dropping the price to what she offered you.

How to lower your price go to posting the hit edit the change your price. Be sure she is ready to buy before you do this the discounted shipping only last for 1hr after dropping your price.

I'm not employed by Poshmark. I just happen to spend a lot of time helping out other poshers. But for next time if someone offers you 10% less use the method I told you about.

@mzpitty1 Good morning, we can't make them an offer. The offer option only shows up when they want to make us an offer. The only way you can make an offer to them is by leaving them a message under one of the products that they liked. put the @sign in front of there name then the message. I was a program director for park and rec. worked with inner city youth. Coached seasonal sports and ran different programs. @orangeelephant yes it's definitely cuddle weather. I'm cuddled up with my grand baby watching Dory. We also have a big fair here in St. Paul, Minnesota called Minnesota State Fair. It starts on the 24th of this month. We also have a Renaissance Festival coming up.

One week you'll make sells and at times you'll sell nothing. We all go through it. Just keep plugging in and adding new poshers everyday and share. Sells pick up more during fall and winter. Hi, Tauna...it's me again, Kathy. I've had more fraudsters(?) trying to buy offline. This time I took screen prints of the posts I rec'd because it's been my experience that the posts disappear right after I decline. And of course they are gone again. But this seems to be a person with a real PM account. I went to her closet & all that's there is her welcome card. It shows that she has several people she is following though. Any advice?

I mean I was noticing my Posh ambassador stats and it said I shared 9 new followers not intentionally just through sharing and that I need 50. @darkandquirky hi, yes you can, it does take some maneuvering but can be done. Just click on the item then share it. That item will be moved to the top of the page. So when doing this click on the items last in order that you want on top of page. To check how it looks you'll need to reset your page by hitting your settings tab @name then My closet

Hi! I had someone buy two of my items as a bundle! I’m new to poshmark so do I ship them together of separate due to the separate shipping labels? Thanks!!!

@sderfy hi, you ship each item accordingly to each shipping label. So if you have two shipping label match each item with that label. But you may want to contact the buyer and see if they want to redo the order. And bundle the items together and then purchase them. So they only get changed one shipping fee and not two. If you need help let me know.

@tripoligirl @tripoligirl hi, no not silly at all. A lowball offer is when someone sends you an offer leaving the seller with no profit or less than what the item cost the seller. Yes their are guidelines to consider when making an offer. Any item $14.00 and under Poshmark takes $2.95 for commission plus what the item cost the buyer. Anything $15.00 and over Poshmark take 20% off the top. Hope this was helpful.

@vizsla5 yes, look at the top of your news page and click on comments. All your messages will be there. Then to answer the message click on it. Then click on other poshers message tab top right next to the heart and reply. And if you ever want to send a direct message to someone from your profile picture. In your comment area just put the @ sign before there closet name @name then your message. It will get sent directly to them.

@vizsla5 Great😊. Tagging is a way to notify other poshers. Like if you ordered a new item but it hasn’t arrived yet and you have posted it as coming soon New Arrivals. And several poshers have liked that item. And ask you to tag them when it arrives. Simply in the comment area of that item put @name @name @name then your message letting them know it has arrived. All the names you entered they will get your message.

-Average Rating: Have an average rating of at least 4.5 stars
-Average Ship Time: Have an average ship time of less than 3 days

@vizsla5 Good morning, the average time to be an ambassador depends on how active a posher is on meet all the criteria‘s that I have listed. I believe having the Poshmark Ambassador title really doesn’t help increase sales. Self sharing your items is what keeps your items at the top of the feed when being searched. And making your items title searchable.

I see some closets that are perfectly organized and I want to be as well but when you list a new item it lists at the top what if i need to move it down to a category that is in the middle of the listings or the bottom ?

@martron yes, as you have noticed every time you share it gets moved to the top. To organize your closet. Share the items that you want to group together the things you want listed at the top share last. To keep this order when you share your items again. Share from a section before the top of your listing and share all items until our get back to the top again. Hope this makes sense

@martron the fastest method to do this on your phone is hit edit, next and list on your item. You’d think it is a glitch but it’s not. You’ll want to share your own items several times a to keep your items at the top of the search bar when someone is searching for an item to buy.

@martron yes there is no limit on how many items you can list. List them in a group by their brand name. When making your listing titles list it as the manufacturer would list it. It helps to google your item to see how they list it and describe the item.

When writing your title description make sure it’s searchable. You can test it by going to shop icon and search your item and see if it pops up. And share your own items daily to bring your items to the top of the search listings

Hi Tauna, I saw a comment of yours on one of the wholesalers sites about scammers or something to that effect. So I was just curious about that and how can you tell if someone is trying to scam you? I just started on Poshmark in April so I am very new!Also what is a posh mentor? Thanks for answering my silly questions! LOL -Lisa

@lisaj777 good evening Lisa, the scamming I’m referring to, is when someone request you to email them, call or text them to do a off app deal or purchase. They are scammers.

@tauna66 Hi, I have a couple questions I was wondering if you could help me out with. During cco if someone likes an item after you've price dropped do they still get the discount on shipping? If so, can they bundle it with other items and still get shipping discount? All during the 6 hour shipping discount window. Thanks in advance!

@tauna66 hi again. Advice please. I price dropped 2 items so the buyer could bundle them & get the discounted shipping. She didn't bundle first & just bought bought each 1! I hate to see her have to pay shipping twice & send 2 packages. Is this fixable?

@yoshis_closet hi sorry for the late reply, I’m in the middle of moving and missed your message. If you haven’t sent your packages out yet. You can message them and arrange to cancel the orders and bundle them together. Let them know they will only have to pay one shipping cost this way

@patrickms Hi Barbara, when tagging someone simply put @name (closet name). You can tag more than one person at the same time by putting @name@name @name. And so fourth. You can use this under your comment area under any item. Or under a poshers profile comment area. Hope this was helpful

@janet_malone Good afternoon Janet, thank you for stopping by. Ive looked at your closet. I have one suggestion. When listing an item it needs to be more descriptive. For instance you have woman shirt. Try putting brand, color and style of shirt. This way it’s searchable when someone is looking for that item. The $5.00 is covered by Poshmark. It will automatically be deducted at check out when they purchased from you.

@janet_malone the 15% for 3 items is good. As time goes you see what works best for you. As you will discover a lot of buyers will ask for a discount on your original price.
