Hi. I just wanted to let you know that the black Coach Eliza boots you bought from me were shipped days ago. I am so upset they have not started tracking yet. I understand that this is the busiest time of year but I pride myself on timely shipping so this has me so upset. I just wanted to let you know that they were packaged up & shipped out the very next morning after you bought them & they are on their way.

@ahchick Yes, the tracking number is 9405511202061405964732 and it was shipped out on the 14th of Dec. Everything else that was shipped along with it has either started tracking or has been received except one other. I contacted Posh & the post office too whom said they're experiencing unprecedented delays due to an overabundance of holiday packages & employee shortage due to COVID. I'm so upset about this.

@ahchick I am so glad to hear that. I absolutely loved them. Bought them, brought them home without even trying them on (cause they were my size of course) but they were just too tight on my calves. Tried to bring them back but Coach won't do that. My loss, your gain. I'm just glad someone was able to rock these cause they are GORGEOUS!!
