miiszloved Hi I just read your review . Sorry for the delay I am in NYC and right now its very difficult to go to the post office as I am trying to limit the amount of times I go out. As for the powder I can assure you it's been used only once. It didn't go well with my foundation and it's been in my make up drawer sitting there the reason I taped it was to avoid the powder from getting all messy all over the place. My apologies for any inconveniences.

I was very pleased with the shipping time and my products EXCEPT for the powder which looks 50% used. It may very well be new but from when I received it does not can’t say none of the contents spilled. All I was giving was honest feedback. My intentions were not to offend at all. Stay safe!
