Hi Susan, It’s Penny Wood @ hunchabean. I was examining your dress before packing. The center back seam has been ripped. I am a seamstress and can easily repair the exterior. However, I can’t repair the lining( around the kick pleat) without it showing. I’m going to wait from direction from you. I can discount if you still want the dress. If you don’t want the dress, I totally understand. So sorry!

I'm going to throw this out there if it would be appealing. I'll repair the dress and you can have it no charge. It's very important to me that you have a pleasant experience when shopping with me. Informing you of a damaged dress is not a pleasant experience for either of us. Or if there is something that would turn this around, you name it. I want you happy! ( the dress will look just fine, it's just that darned lining!)
